We're on a roll! Tackled another new recipe for dinner last night. We've been loving orzo ever since we made Greek orzo salad recently and decided to try another For the Love of Cooking recipe. This time, we tried orzo with roasted vegetables.
It took some time to prepare but it was worth the wait - it was really yummy and I'm looking forward to having leftovers in my lunch tomorrow.
