I don't remember the last time I had stuffed bell peppers but I was young enough that I didn't like them because I didn't like green bell peppers at the time. Many years have passed and my tastes have changed so I was looking forward to trying the For the Love of Cooking's Stuffed Bell Peppers recipe.
While the preparation and cooking took longer than I expected, the recipe was super easy to make and turned out really yummy.
