New Recipe - #13

Tonight, Corey made Chicken Parmesan Burgers for dinner and they turned out great. He made a few modifications to the recipe - turkey in place of chicken, added garlic to both the meat patties as well as the crumbs, and fresh oregano to the mean patties.

Note: The recipe makes a TON of burgers - like 10 - so we'll probably cut it in half next time or ensure we have others over. This time though, we have lots of leftovers, which means no cooking tomorrow night - love it!
