New Recipe - #2

Tonight, we attempted Lime, Ginger & Cilantro Chicken. It was very easy - with just a few simple ingredients, it only took 10 minutes or so to put this together. We both liked the lime flavor but think we'll add more ginger and garlic next time.

I thought in your NY post, you had said 2 new recipes a week, but Corey informed me it was 2 new ones per MONTH. However, at this rate you could easily do 2 a week... :)

Well, you see, we thought about a new recipe every week but that seemed abmitious and not likely something we could keep up. Two per month seemed more reasonable. Even if we knock them out early in the month, we will probably still go for more, but it seems less dauting this way. ;)

Maybe we'll have you guys all over for dinner when we try something new soon and you can help us rate the recipe!

Sounds like you were going for the underpromise overdeliver NYR strategy. Hopefully that wasn't your take on the other resolutions as well or you'll be 80 lbs and Corey will be running ultra marathons next! :)

Recipe rating sounds like a fun activity. We still need to do our iron chef competition sometime too...
