The boys had fun decorating eggs earlier in the week. It's so fun to see Jackson becoming so independent with these sorts of things. Then there's Cole, who seemed most interested in dropping the eggs in the water and carelessly grabbing the cups, nearly causing several colorful spills. Needless to say, he lasted about 5 minutes whereas Jackson had a blast for quite awhile. We left him alone to do his thing only to return to a kid with completely green hands. I think he thought the dye would just wash off so apparently he gave up on using utensils to remove the eggs from the cups - ha!
Then on Easter morning, they loved waking up to baskets from us and from Gramma Linda Grampa Kent, and of course snacking on way too much candy before 8 a.m. Then Gramma Joan joined us for a fun egg hunt, which we snuck in just before the downpours began.
Another fun holiday with my little fam in the books!
