Whistler 2017

For the second year in a row, we enjoyed a winter getaway with the Barth fam in Whistler!

Annnnd...we're off!

We all had such a blast, and look forward to hopefully continuing this tradition for years to come.  The boys all get along so well, and we love spending time with Jen and Alex, so it's a win win!

We stayed longer this year and filled our days with the perfect mix of relaxing activities at the condo, and lots of fun outside and away from the condo.

We stayed in the Upper Village and our condo was the perfect set-up (despite three levels of stairs!) and was just a short shuttle ride (i.e. bus ride, which all the boys loved) from the Village.

The boys did puzzles, watched lots of favorite movies and colored.

 We wandered the Village

These two just got along so so well.

Where's Waldo Cole?

I spy with my little eye...a cute snow bunny!

We went sledding and played in the snow

We went ice skating and included Cole this year.  He wasn't a huge fan - he made it around 2 times and decided that was enough.

We scored lots of good naps.

Jackson & Wyatt took a full day ski class and seemed to really enjoy it.

We tubed again, which was another first for Cole!  We rode next to him for a few runs, but then he wanted to go all on his own and LOVED it just as much as J.

The trip to the tube park wouldn't be complete without "driving" the snow plow.

We played lots of games.  Everyone loved Watch Ya Mouth!.

The guys devoured enjoyed MASSIVE plates of nachos at Dusty's again.

And on the final night, we hired a babysitter to look after the littles so we could have a night out on the town!  After drinks and dinner, we hit up a club and surprisingly were not the oldest people there.  Aside from feeling a bit old and out of place (thanks to my scarf, sweater and purse - clearly I wasn't expecting we'd hit the clubs), we had a great time dancing.  And two of us may have even danced in a cage for a few.  (What?!)  I'll let you guess which two I'm referring to.

We haven't even been back for two weeks but Cole is already asking when we can go to "Whist-a-LER" again.  Obviously we're all looking forward to next year's trip!
