Right-handed?

I know it's way too early to tell for sure, but I'm willing to bet we have another right-handed child in our midst.

All day today, Cole was making fists with his right hand, and kept trying very hard to get it to move where he wanted.  It started on the playmat, where he spent a good 10-15 minutes staring at the duck and trying very hard to hit it with his fist. Normally his flailing arms hit anything in their path, but today, he consistently batted at only this duck with that hand.  After that, anytime he was awake, he continued to appear to be trying to control that arm and move it where he wanted (vs. the sporadic arm movements we're used to seeing).

It was so cute to see him trying to hard (which of course made him drool) and learning a new trick.

"Yay, me!"

"Oh!  There's that hand again!"

"Don't hit myself in the face.  Don't hit myself in the face..."
